Breakfast: Timbits and French vanilla cappincino from Tim Hortons

Lunch: nada but ate a few crackers for a snack later

Dinner: 2 servings of beef tips and noodles over mashed potatoes, applesauce with sugar and cinnamon, large MD soda

I only drank one large skippy jar of water approximately equating to 20 ounces of water.

We remembered to take all over our vitamins including our fermented cod liver oil.

I ran/walked one lap at Shull Park. I made it to the first bench beginning at the light poll. 


Tomorrow:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with butter and grape jelly; eggs
Lunch: RR potatoes and carrots from roast last week
Dinner: chicken, black bean and spinach enchiladas

Goals:
  • run a little bit further
  • drink more water
  • make better food choices
  • remember vitamins
